Access to Clean Water

Improving access to clean water through provision of water tanks and better storage harvesting and storage practices.

Public Toilets & Sanitation

Building modern toilets in markets and schools to improve public health.

Education & Improving School Conditions

Paying school fees for underprivileged students, providing desks and chairs and renovating classrooms.

Youth & Economic Empowerment and Sports Development

Equipping youth with skills and opportunities to tackle 36% unemployment rates and talent development through sports.

Agriculture & Climate Adaptation

Promoting better climate adaptation knowhow and support & practices in Mwala Constituency.

Community Infrastructure

Constructing market stands, bus-stop sheds, and much more to build our communities economic capacity.

Connecting Youth to Job Opportunities & Bursaries

So many youth connected to job opportunities and educational bursaries and scholarships.

Support Arts & Crafts

Supporting arts and crafts skills development and talented sculptors and wood carvers earn a livelihood from their craft.

Empowering Change: A Glimpse of Our Contribution and Impact

Construction of Toilets (KES 800,000) :

Construction of modern toilets for Masii Police Station.

Desks & Lockers (KES 160,000):

Donation of 80 lockers and 80 chairs to Mbaikini Girls & Wamunyu Girls respectively to replace degraded and old classroom furniture.

Construction of Toilets (KES 540,000):

Construction of modern toliets for Yathui Police Station

Table Banking (KES 500,000):

Helping the community on Table Banking . The community contributes and JMMF tops up the amount to help them achieve their goals. 

Hosting the First Lady:

Taking through the first lady what the foundation  is doing for the Mwala & Machakos community.

High-yield Farming Training:

Training the community with practical skills in drip irrigation and high-yield farming to maximize harvests on small plots through sustainable methods.

Upskilling the Youth:

We have a local concrete production that upskills youth with trade-based, income-generating skills. The youth gain hands-on experience, while products support community projects at subsidized prices.

Paving and Toilet Construction (KES 850,000):

We constructed new toilets and paved the compound at Yathui Police Station, enhancing the living and working conditions for those who serve and protect our community.

Education Access: Supporting Needy but Brilliant Students:

Uplifting the Mwala and Machakos communities with fully funded high school education (school fees + shopping) for deserving students at Masii Boys High School.

Sports & Talent Development:

Supporting youth in Mwala and Machakos County through sports financing, providing kits, balls, and prizes, and sponsoring local tournaments to motivate, empower, and nurture talent and connecting them with major clubs.

Social Enterprise:

Empowering communities in Mwala Constituency  through job creation and social impact, driven by local social enterprises.

Donating Water Tanks to Rotary Club installed in Mwala Community:

JMMF donated water tanks to the Rotary Club, which were installed in the Mwala community to enhance access to safe and clean water.
